Cleareyezz reviews the Alien Sub-Ohm Tank by XillaryTech.

It doesn’t end well.

There is no shortage of sub-ohm tanks. With plenty of options available, companies need to innovate to stand out. This stands out, but not in a good way.

There’s not much good to say about this tank. The threads seem like there’s sand in them. The tank comes apart, but sometimes not the way you want it to. They tried to innovate by preventing spit back with an airflow controlled drip-tip section. The problem is that it pools juice and reduces flavor. The 0.6 ohm coil is rated between 20-80 watts but already caused dry hits above 30 watts.

That’s not the worst part. When we tightened the replacement head all the way down, it caused a dead short on our iStick 50. This could be a potential problem especially on a mechanical mod.

We do not recommend this tank.
