My Expectations as a Customer in Your Vape Shop

I am just a vaper. I do not own a shop or a juice company. I am not sponsored by any companies.

Regardless, when I walk into a vape shop, I expect someone to greet me at the door. I expect a certain level of respect. I expect some sense of hospitality. I’m sure you expect the same. We expect the store’s personnel to have thorough knowledge of their inventory. We expect them to give us accurate information. That information allows us to make the best choices for ourselves. Employees shouldn’t try to sway customers into purchasing products that are unnecessary. They should make recommendations based on that person’s specific needs

Vape shops shouldn’t be selling tobacco products or paraphernalia. Shops that do go against the purpose of the vape community and impair its goals.

A couple of weeks ago, I went into a shop and had an incident where I was not treated well. The customer service was horrible and every employee was completely rude and cocky. I took action and decided to write a bad Yelp review. Soon after, the owner of the vape shop messaged me to make amends. Suddenly, he became extremely nice and tried to take care of me. Shop owners should decide at the beginning to provide excellent customer service. They should not wait until their reputation is at risk to do the right thing. They should have already delivered a proper atmosphere from the start. That’s what integrity is about.

I do not want to feel mistreated at a vape shop or any place of business for that matter. Friendliness and respect are important to me.

Being able to interact with employees in a shop is a unique experience. You cannot get that shopping online. Good employees can expand your knowledge when selecting specific products. So shops, make sure the shopping experience you offer is a pleasant one. It will increase the chances that your customers will come back again and again.
