by on June 19, 2015

The CDC, FDA and California Department of Public Health claim that nicotine is addictive.

A 1988 Surgeon General report on nicotine addiction states 3 properties of nicotine addiction. The first of those properties is tolerance.

From the Surgeon General report:

“Tolerance” is another aspect of drug addiction whereby a given dose of a drug produces less effect or increasing doses are required to achieve a specified intensity of response.

After talking to countless vapers, we’ve noticed a trend of decreasing nicotine strength with long-term use.

Here’s a question to anyone who has been vaping for over a year:

Have You Decreased Your Nicotine Strength Over Time?

Yes, I’ve decreased my nicotine strength.
No, I’ve increased my nicotine strength.
I’ve stayed at the same nicotine strength as when I started.
